Lawrence Terrace Apartments is a legacy property built and run by the Lindroth family for nearly 50 years  and still remains wholly owned by us today. 

We have taken great pride in "Calling it Home". 

A few facts about Lawrence Terrace:

• As of 1/1/2013 Lawrence Terrace has become "Smoke Free" in our buildings. Breathe easy at LT!

• LT sits on just over 6 acres acquired from the Burbank family in 1964

• Helge Lindroth was a highly regarded and well known builder of many quality homes throughout Westchester and Putnam counties. 

• Planning for the four buildings and site work took over 4 years before construction was actually started, and took 2 years to complete.

• At the time of construction only the finest materials were utilized. Efficiency upgrades have been made for improvements.

• Opened for business in 1970 and have remained close to 100% occupancy. 

• There is a total of 55 units comprised of 27 two bedroom, 28 one bedroom units.

• The property has a resident superintendant to assist tenants with any needs or concerns.

• LT has the privilege of having tenants residing here for over 25 years.

•Recent major upgrades were completed in 2010 with the installation of "Green Certified" energy efficient windows throughout the entire property.

•The addition of a workout area was added in the fall of 2012.
